The Week at a Glance - 4/28 thru 5/3

Hey there, y'all - Here's the first of a couple of posts about the week to come.

Schedule - Revised 4/28 (as per our conversation at sitzprobe for those of you who were there):

4/29, 400p-730p - Work Stuff leading into Runs and Tech 

*400p-500p: Vocal Work with Chrisse (Chorus, Pantheon, Triad called; Synolo not called until 500p; Instrumentalists called as per Caldwell's request)

*500p-600p: Small Group Voice with Chrisse; Small Fights/Dances with Jacquelle (all actors called)

*600p-730p: Full Group Fights/Dances with Jacquelle (Pantheon, Triad, Synolo called; Chorus excused)

4/30, 400p-730p - Full Run; Format to be determined

*Due to the fact that the wireless mics will not be in until Wednesday, a run with instrumentalists won't be possible.  Details about the run to come from Caldwell and me, and whether or not instrumentalists will be rehearsing concurrently with the on-stage rehearsal or not.

5/1, 400p-730p - Full Run, Instrumentalists and Actors.

*This'll take some time to integrate.  Come with maximum grace, empathy, and patience!

5/2, 400p-730p - Wet Tech/Q2Q Day 1

*Be prepared to take the time to begin our teching process.  Lots of stop, start, hold, wait, go...but there's snacks!  We'll go as far as we can on Day 1, and pick up on...

5/3, 400p-730p - Wet Tech/Q2Q Day 2

5/4 and 5/5 - DARK...Enjoy Prom and your Recovery Time heading into Dress and the Run!
